Whats healthy

Only a guess, but the forum was originally for barbecue cooked on the WSM, not grilling, or ATCs, or Photo Gallery, or...........

They tell me that grilled lettuce is healthy...... :)

Funny you should mention lettuce, I've been intrigued by the idea of grilling a head or two of romaine lettuce for a grilled Caesar salad. I figure with some garlic and olive oil, why not? Just tonight someone brought over some baby artichokes for the farmers market, and had them in garlic, rosemary and olive oil. We grilled them as a side to some rotissierie chicken and sausages, etc. , and they were quite good. OK, so the lots of garlic on them didn't exactly hurt.

I agree, it's good eating.
