Using both racks on the WSM 14 for ribs

So my first go at ribs on the WSM 14 were a success. Having a few people over this Saturday and I think I'll need three racks of spare ribs which I know what fit on the top rack. So was thinking of doing two on top and one on the bottom. So long as I'm maintaining a temp of 250°-275° I should be good using both racks, yeah? Probably would pull the bottom rack a bit earlier than the top. Anyone done this before? Particularly on the 14.
