That guy must be smoking something other than wood chunks. For $125, the thing would need to be gold plated.

I'd love to make up one of the charcoal caddies! I like the idea a lot. Maybe a carriage for my Kingsford Kaddy? Neat idea, tip to fill the chimney no muss no fuss! I'm designing in my head right now!
