Ribs on the 14.5

Ok I think I'm gonna do ribs for my first smoke on the WSM 14.5. My first smoke ever I should add. I assume I would use the minion method. Fill up the charcoal on bottom with unlit then toss a few lit ones. What temps should I be running? And if anyone has a link to a recipe or what not that would be great. Loving this group. Once I get this down it's gonna be smoking every few days.

Here's a link to the Cooking Topics tab on this site. it has a lot of great information. Plus the Forums have separate places for Pork, beef, etc, various rubs, and recipes. I've used many of these for help.
