Memorial Day Weekend Cook #2; with smoke

So, I took a stab at a pretty different way of doing ribs for me. In the past, I'd do probably a medium heat indirect cook over a shorter period of time on my 22" kettle; just a little tenderizer and pepper and add Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce. Tonight, I decided to use a dry rub and add maple wood for some smoke. I also decided to cook at a lower temperature. As in the past, I didn't use a thermometer, just went by feel. I loved the level of smoke. My only problem was that I either didn't scale the kosher salt down enough or I didn't do the best job of spreading it evenly enough. (That's being pretty nitpicky though.) My wife said she thought these were better than the other ribs I have done in the past.
