Great looking cooks Chris. It was a lot of fun yesterday sharing throughout the day a seeing everyone else's cooks going on.

There are always a few overcooked ribs. What to do? Make a rib sandwich. #wsmsmokeday +1

I saw Steven Raichlen prepare a rib sub today, and I must say, it looked very good. I must try this too.

When I posted the first time we didn't have anything to eat yet.
11 pound packer + sides + adult beverages + only 2 people = Protein coma at 7pm asleep in my chair, Barb only made it to 6:30. I really enjoyed jumping in and out see what people were doing during the day.

I can see why you were in a protein coma! Sweet dreams?

The fatty looks super as does the ribs.

You know, that fatty was great on Smoke Day and it just keeps on giving each morning as breakfast leftovers. Really good!
