    My Smoke Day protein coma

    I'm dozing off...so much smoked protein today!

    Here are pics from my Smoke Day efforts: Breakfast Bacon Weave Fatty, beef sausages, baby back ribs.

    Looks good, Chris! I must try that sausage roll one day.

    First time I've seen a rib rack used that way. Is that two separate metal racks?

    No, it's a Char-Broil 4740 Potato-and-Rib Rack. I like that the metal is thin enough that you can bend the sections wider/narrower as needed depending on what you're cooking.

    Well, ribs were perfect given the level of effort. No spritzing, no foiling, just let them go for 4 hours. Moved to cutting board, flattened them out, brushed with sauce, and enjoyed! Simple backyard barbecue.
