Chicken thighs on the 18 WSM

Had some fun practicing competition style chicken thighs. 300° on the WSM with cherry. Killer Hogs rubs and doctored Rufus Teague. Skin was almost how I want it. Have a nice Saturday night and thanks for looking. Can't wait to see what all gets cooked tomorrow guys. I'm doing a tri tip from SRF.
