    Here is my little 1.5# brisket flat. I've never had much luck with brisket but this little one came out tasty.

    I am living on African time, so a little late too the party

    Well, actually, I was just too busy over the weekend. Working in the hospitality bussiness does that to you at times.

    No time for beef ribs or pulled pork or anything.
    Decided on something totally new for me:
    Bacon wrapped fish.

    Plenty charcoal


    Some rub on the fish pieces


    Rolled in bacon and skewered


    I used some old curry leaves for some quick smoke


    On braai


    Done!
