I have been smoking for a year or two with a cheapo Brinkman that I found on Craigslist. This year I for my birthday I bought myself a 22 WSM. And a hanging rack. It showed up yesterday and last night I did two chickens to season it up. They were delicious. The only problem I had was keeping it hot. I didn't put enough briquettes in the pan so I had to add more. I used the Basic chicken on the VWB page. I realized that he was using an 18 WSM. Everything turned out ok just took longer.
