Been smoking with charcoal and electric smokers for 7-8 years. Had a cheap Cabelas smoker for charcoal. 7 in 1 type of deal. Produced some good BBQ.
Have wanted a 22.5 wsm for a few years. Started to enter a couple rib competitions and electric doesn't cut it. Bought the 22.5 earlier this spring. Absolutely lovIng it. Might have to add a new door from cajun bandit. Going on 6th smoke this weekend.
Looking forward to learning more about the craziness of BBQ and meeting people from around the globe.
