Bacon Wrapped Country Style Ribs: Mini WSM Rotisserie

Ok here ya go...The grand bacon wrapped country style ribs on the rotisserie experiment. This was with 2 pairs of OctoForks. For those that have them I flipped the claws inward. The CSR's were different sizes so some have 3 tines holding them and a few with 2. Finished with brushing on a homemamde bbq glaze.

Thank you Robert! The color I'll credit the rotisserie action because the juices were just rolling and rolling creating layers of glaze.

Thanks Timothy! If you rotisserie you should get some OctoForks. You can do sooo much more with them and what you do cook will be easier. www.octoforks.com
