Ribs were done with Lanes sweet heat and Plowboys yardbird rub. $7 Smithfield slabs from Wal-Mart. 275° on the WSM. 3 hours. Then wrapped in butcher paper for 1 hour with parkay, honey, brownulated sugar, and Firebug grilling sauce.

Chops also with plowboys after a quick brine, apple and sage compote. On the Spirit gasser. Thanks for looking. Pumped for Memorial Day weekend. Have a nice week y'all.
