From Filet to Chuck-eye: The Steak Quiz

I somehow managed a 26, but some of it was educated guessing.

One trick question - I've never heard anyone call a porterhouse a T-bone.

Recently, a butcher told me a porterhouse is cut from a different portion of the tenderloin. I thought they were the same thing with tail trimmed off, but I was wrong. They, porterhouse, sure do taste good!

24 with a couple of guesses.
I know what a Delmonico is, but clicked the wrong answer rushing through the quiz.

I don't care about the score, I just know that I really like the bang for the buck of the Chuckeye.

Me too Buddy!

One thing that surprised me, I guessed the most popular way to cook a steak was pan frying or broiling ( because of restaurants ) and the answer was grilling.
Which makes sense for us on this board, but most of these tests go the other way.
