Hi from Cardiff, Wales

Hi all,

I'm Ali originally from Ireland but living in Wales now. After spending a while drooling anonymously at the great cooks you guys produce I thought I should probably sign up and say hello. I am a bit of a rookie compared to you lot but what I lack in knowledge I make up for in enthusiasm and determination to come up with weird and wonderful creations.

Hopefully in the future I can give back to community rather than take all your ideas like now

I am already planning the building of a Smokey Joe mini to up my game a bit.
