Hi all, new to smoking just did my third this weekend and it was the best yet!
Looking forward to many more to come. Really need a good leave in thermometer, any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome the the wonderful world of smoking.

I use a Maverick ET-733. It works pretty good. The set up instructions are written well enough.

I also use a BBQ Guru DX2 for my WSM.

Good luck in your search for the device of your choice.
