My 18" WSM with a few mods:
Unknown BBQ hinge
Aluminum rolling stand
Custom plate to hold Thermoworks Smoke thermometer (which I love)

Great mods. I love the Smoke also. I just got to use mine last week. I find that I can go anywhere in my house and still remain connected (take that Igrill) so I don't know that I need the Gateway when it comes out. Anyone else finding that?
 
I took a 3/8" rod, heated and bent to about a 45 degree angle and welded a piece of flat stock on. The 3/8 rod fits perfect into the garage door handles and it will swivel as well.

Looks pretty good.

I mounted mine on a dolly that's larger than the normal WSM footprint. I figured the extra inches aid in stability to alleviate any chance of tipping over.
 
The garage door handle "swivel" is truly inspired! Very clever indeed, I'm trying to decide if I need to do something like the base for mine but have not figured out just what I want to do...yet!
I have some larger (lawnmower) wheels and would be happy to put them to use but I only have two and will need to figure out the proper "tricycle arrangement" to make it work.
