Been a while since I posted photos on here. Had problems with Photobucket.
Here's a few highlights

More to come!!

Dang Gary, you've been living right. Wonderful looking cuts of meat, nicely done.

Gary, you sure get some beautiful cuts of meet in the UK, id have that butcher on speed dial...Wonderful cooks.

Great looking cooks Gary. That pork forerib.....yum!
You're lucky to have the Ginger Pig on your doorstep. Pity they don't do mail order, unlike Turner & George, or Tom Hixon. (For our Cousins the other side of the Pond, they are three top-notch butchers in London).
Here's the two links if anyone of you carnivores are interested.

By the way Gary, did you see that "lump" of steak that Richard H. Turner, (Turner & George), cooked on Saturday Kitchen? Outstanding!! I think he's going to be at Grillstock 2017. Yay!!
Apologies for the thread drift.

Absolutely gorgeous Gary. Succulent looking meat, cooked to perfection. I checked out the Ginger Pig on line and it looks like a terrific establishment. Some great photos and strong comments by patrons. Their sausage looks absolutely killer. Wish we had something similar around here.

WOW!!! Gary you nailed all of them. Everything looks fantastic and its great to see your cooks .

I'm sorry to not have butchers with that caliber of products around here. I often feel like I need to go "back in and fine tune" things, like the manner of tying.
I'm nuts though, just ask Tony!
