With a sunny, 80+ degree day yesterday, it was feeling like summer. And nothing says summer to me more than fish tacos. Had some frozen mahi-mahi thawed out and ready to go. I made a marinade of lime juice, S&P, cumin, chili powder and a little canola oil. Grilled over K blue. Also did some thinly sliced chicken breast for the wife. Assembled with avocado, cilantro, lettuce, tomato and some 'fish taco sauce'. My first time using the store bought sauce - and last. It was good, but homemade is much better (as with most things). Washed it down with a nice crisp, dry Rose. (I'm not afraid of pink wine. )
