Generally speaking, salad dressings are so easy to make, tastier (and cheaper) than store bought, that you should make all your own. Here's one we like (based on a Bobby Flay recipe), with a slight Asian kick. Enjoy. - G

Honey Miso Salad Dressing

4 Tbsp white (shiro) miso
3 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
Hearty dash of white pepper
2 Tbsp EVOO

Put all ingredients into blender except EVOO and blend.
Trickle EVOO into blender as it is running and blend until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar as needed to balance taste, if needed.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate.
