Soooo, ya'll know that I constantly say that you and I should clean our grills often, some after each use. So I hang my head in shame. I went to grill some chicken on my q for the first time since I put it to sleep for the winter.
To my dismay I found that though the grate was clean and oiled, I had not cleaned the crud from the lower body as I normally would. I can only think thst the rain came early and I covered it and just left it that way. Anyway, it's clean now and ready to go. Can't believe I did that.
