I like it for quick grilling, lights fast, less ash, better smell on light up, burns hot, but burns up faster than regular Kingsford.

So they just changed the name, professional now instead of competition? Have you used it in the WSM?

I most likely did try it in a WSM, but don't recall how well if performed.
