...Are you using the Ikea pot lid rack as a rib rack?

That is next-level brilliant. I've used it for sous vide but never this.

Great looking ribs and s'mores Dennis. Thank to Bob for assisting in our viewing your pics. I love to hear about fathers sharing their love of bbq and teaching their kids. To me that's what it's all about. I would love to teach mine but they have trouble holding the tongs with their paws.

Indeed it is. I actually stole the one I use for sous vide at home. Just remember to remove the plastic foot holders first. Not my idea but it's the best Ikea hack so far
