That's some great looking chicken Chris. Hadn't heard of Octoforks until I read your post. Checked out their website and see that Steven Raichlen says the Octofork will be one of the barbeque trends for 2017. Pretty cool.

Chris Huli hull chicken looks great.

Sunny Beaches....I love the Vortex and The Grill Grates....will the Octofork be next....ahahaha
