Sunday Night Ribs

Its been since October since we have had ribs. We have been trying to carve out some time to cook them and today was the day. It was worth the wait!

I spread mustard on the ribs and put our rub on them.

Prepared the grill and put the ribs on. Bone to fire and apple wood.

At two and a half hours turned them upside down, put the back to the front and all that.

My wonderdul grilling partner made some cornbread.

Excellent ribs Robert! I'll have to look into those beans, they look fantastic! Kim's cornbread had to be the icing on the cake

Ahhh. Absence makes the heart (or is it the stomach ;) ) grow fonder :) Good lookin' meal there Robert.

Beautiful ribs & plate. Might copy the beans one of these days.
