Spun Roadside Chicken

Got a craving for some Roadside Chicken - rotisserie style, of course.
4 thighs marinated for 8 hours.
Put in a cage & into the 14.5 for a spin.

Cooked for 40 minutes over a full ring of used KBB and big chunks of cherry.
Marinade was applied every 10 minutes.
Very high heat cook. The lid thermometer was pegged the whole time.

Crispy skin with a moist & tender interior.
