Just got a WSM 18.5 this week, used off craigslist. Sh'e rollin smoke right now on her maiden voyage (for me, at least) with 2 racks of ribs. Looking forward to lots more!

No pics of the ribs but followed those up with a 5lb butt over night last night. Took nearly 14 hrs- had to add fuel at 8:00 this morning to get over the 180 hump. Fairly windy- 10+mph for most of the night.

Pics, but I have to put them in a url first- grrr...
