My wife just ordered the "Global Kitchen" cookbook from Amazon. It arrived today and I checked it out briefly. It has some real interesting BBQ recipes. Not all the recipes are BBQ but a good amount are.

Anyway just thought I'd let you all know about it. It is worth checking out.

I see three "Global Kitchen" cookbooks...I'm guessing you're not referring to the third one.

Nope . The one my wife bought is the Cooking Light Global Kitchen.

My favorite cook book is YouTube...just saying.
