Bacon, pepper, pickle, onion meatloaf using Stubb's and Weber

No cooks were planned yesterday but as I was packaging 6+ lbs. of ground beef from Costco, and with the outside temp in the 70's, I had to smoke something.
Meatloaf sounded good, so I diced some of my bacon to add to the 88/12 lean beef.

To the about 1 lb. of meat I added the bacon, diced onion, a McClure pickle spear, and a few pickled jalapenos.
Also a squirt each of spicy brown mustard and bbq sauce, season salt, an egg, and crushed instant oats.

Fired up one basket of Stubb's and one with Weber, hickory for smoke added after the loaf went on.
The Stubb's, on the left, put out twice or more the amount of smoke compared to the Weber.

Topped with a 50/50 mix of Heinz ketchup and Heinz Texas bold and spicy bbq sauce.

I rotated it about half way through since the Weber side was running 15° higher than the Stubb's side of the loaf.
The cook took about an hour.

The Weber side shows that the coals don't ignite off each other as well.
