Chuleta de Res

Found at my favorite carneceria & thought I'd give it a try.
They call it Chuleta de Res - 7 bone chuck. It's about 1/2 inch thick.
Went with their house marinade which is Chef Merito & orange juice.
They put it in a plastic bag & I'm out the door for $4.91.
Put it in the fridge for 3 hours.

Stacked the Performer & built a fire of lump & small mesquite splits.

After I got a nice bed of coals, it was time to cook.

Grilled for about 20 minutes turning every 5 until well done.

Looks great Robert. My Mom used to make 5 bone roasts in the oven when we were growing up. That looks delicious!
 
That looks tasty Robert. That's great that you pick out the meat and they put the marinade on it for you.
