Tonight's Cook, Plus A Couple Random Cooks

First, the couple randoms. This was a piece of tri tip and some skillet taters I did about a week ago. Plus half a zucchini that almost got incinerated!

Next was a cook from last weekend. All done indoors, but was so good, I had to take a pic! Scallops, mushroom risotto and some green beans.

Now, tonight's masterpiece! I got a late Christmas presents of some cedar planks from a friend, decided to use them tonight! Planked parchment paper haddock, extra veggies (zucchini, shallot and grape tomato), along with some purple tater oven fries!
I started with the fish. Simple salt and pepper with a drizzle of roasted garlic EVOO.

Then the zucchini, shallot and maters, also with the garlic EVOO and S&P.

Yeah, the veggies slid off when I took it out of the pouch, but ohhhh soo good! Just a hint of smoke! I will be making this one again1 Thanks for looking!
