Sunday Night Steaks

We haven't had steaks for a very long time but Sunday we decided to splurge for dinner and have a great meal. It was really fun to grill steaks on the Weber again.

I marinated the steaks for about three hours before grilling.

Potatoes on, mushrooms started inside later.

Seared on direct for three minutes a side, then on indirect for 10 minutes, turning once. Heated some roasted garlic French bread.

Really sorry for the poor picture quality. I tried to post this on Sunday after dinner but photobucket would not copy my pictures for whatever reason. Anyway the meal was fantastic. Its been a long winter of not much grilling so it was a delicious welcome for us.

You are making me hungry Robert. Think I will try that this Friday since my wife will be off Friday and we have steaks in the freezer. Great looking meal. The only thing I would add is asparagus.
