Yep, a brownie 22".
No clue what the "with propane tank" means.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it almost looks like that handle was charred. And unless I'm mistaken, those aren't Weber wheels.

Handle looks rotted, roached. Left in the weather for years.

Thanks Bob, Jim, and Chris, I noticed the small diameter of the wheels right away.
I think the best part of the picture above is the cute little pup.
