Costillas de Res

Picked up a couple pounds of Costillas de Res at one of my favorite carnecerias.
Seasoned with salt, pepper & granulated garlic.

Fried some black beans & moved them to the cool side.

Grilled the costillas on a medium/high heat fire (K Lump & chunks of mesquite) for 4 - 5 minutes per side to medium-well.

Served with salsa tatemada, pickled carrots, the beans, raddish, diced tomato, avocado & it was Time to Eat!!!

You're doing some superb looking cooks Robert. This one is no exception. Looks just mouth watering. Keep up the great work.
 
Great looking cook Robert. Loved the plated pic. When you can cook like that, who needs to spend money going out.
 
Robert, I'm not familiar with costilla de res in this country but it looks wonderful. I would flat out die for that meal. Nice job!
