Thermopro Probes


 
If you're willing to experiment, go for it. Since it's not a known probe, you'll need to figure out the Steinhart–Hart values of it for it to work properly.

I'd contact the folks at thermoworks to find out what it would cost for a set of probes to be shipped. It won't be the cheapest, but you know you'll be getting a quality product and one that's known to already work with the heatermeter.
