I had staged everything for a nice sunny winter cook this evening and was struck with a snow flurry just at "cooking time" so, I had to shift to the stove.
Cliffs "Cauliflower Rice" translated very nicely! Yes, it would have been better done properly using his method but, first try(well...) was a big hit for dinner!

Sorry, I don't photobucket, there are good (excellent) pix on the "carne asada with chimmichuri" originally posted by Cliff.
Next time I will hit the mix with a little garlic, maybe some sliced scallions. Make it kind of a fried rice twist. The base recipe is solid as Sears!
