Hi all,
Dutch guy living in Belgium. Started a few years ago with learning how to use my Weber 57cm grill for low and slow. Still an amateur but love to burn the charcoal 24/7 365..... allso coldsmoking ham in wintertime (salting, smoking, drying, few months) is a hobby, friends know my adress.....
I'm not an intensive poster, but am here a lot!
Professional truckdriver (Europe) of wide/long/high/heavy loads, so lots of time to think of grilling in weekends.
