Awesome ribs and inventive rib rack. Might have to swing by Ikea .
Tried out the Ikea Variera pot stand as an improvised rib holder this weekend. Worked great for smoking ribs, and made it easy to sauce.

I've seen the rack mentioned a few times here, just need to remember to have my wife pick one up next time she goes.
My claustrophobia won't let me go through the Ikea here in St Louis.

Have seen this type for a loooong time on european sites. Many folks make their own with some variations.
