Weather is deteriorating here and I didn't feel like firing up the grill tonight. Did "Steak Diane" sous vide, finishing on the CI skillet. This was probably one of the best steaks I've ever cooked, and my wife agreed. Here's the recipe from Anova, if you're interested. It calls for Ribeye - I used a NY Strip for me and Filet for the Mrs.
