Weather is deteriorating here and I didn't feel like firing up the grill tonight. Did "Steak Diane" sous vide, finishing on the CI skillet. This was probably one of the best steaks I've ever cooked, and my wife agreed. Here's the recipe from Anova, if you're interested. It calls for Ribeye - I used a NY Strip for me and Filet for the Mrs.

Hey Jim, if you are able to access photobucket, give this a try.

Right click on the picture you wish to post, then click on the copy image address option.

Now in the reply to thread box on here, click on the third icon from the right. Looks like a tree pic and says insert image.

Right click on the URL box and click paste and then hit the OK box.

This should attach your photo to your post.

It seems to work for me. Give it a shot. Hope this helps.

It does sound delicious Jim. I think the last time I made steak Diane was 10+ years ago. I'm going to have to do something about that.
