I have not. BHC is news to me. Checked out the link. Some things might be OK.
Myself... I would not use the hanging rack as it would place whatever you wish to hang very low in the cook chamber.
Might be OK if you stacked the 14.5.
As there were no hanging racks available for the 14.5 WSM, I made one. & a stacker. Works very well.

I would be using a 15 gallon drum on either an SL bowl or a cut section of a drum. I'm just playing around with ideas for now, just seeing whats out there.
