Tacos Al Pastor with a Spectacular view of the Sierra Nevada!

Last summer, we went on an overland adventure to the Glass Mountain Range which is directly across from the Sierra Nevada escarpment. At our campsite at 9000 feet, we set up the Mojoe Griddle and proceeded to cook up some awesome tacos al pastor using marinated pork from our local Mexican market. After searing up some onions and corn, I partially blackened the pork to give it that smoky "al pastor" flavor. YUM!

This video is shot at one of my all time (super secret) campsites that I call "The Panorama" because you can see about 180 miles of the Sierra Nevada escarpment from this spot!

I know that area, great area for mulies if you can draw a tag. Your Tacos Al Pastor are as good as it get, congrats. I do have one complaint. There are no women in this video....What is up with that, Cam?

Sorry about that but I AM working on it! "Click bait" is great for getting views on YouTube! I am working with a wonderful young Asian American woman who started a social group here in LA called the "Driftwood Social Club" - @driftwood_gram on Instagram. Her name is Amy. She started this group to get the twenty-somethings away from their screens and out into the wilds. She and her partner cook for everyone on their trips and come over to my house to personally buy a Mojoe for these adventures. Anyway I asked her to be a guest cook on an upcoming video and she is definitely in! Were going to do this video on the same mountain top as the Supermoon Spencer Steak video.
