Weber go anywhere charcoal rack of ribs

spares st louis style. cut in half

was wondering if anyones tried doing this, half rack of ribs on top of other half rack.
 
You wouldn't need but a few lit charcoal, but you would have to add lit charcoal as the cook progresses. I'm not sure about stacking them, but I guess if you rotated them from top to bottom a couple times during the cook it would be good to go. I'd try it, if I had one. Good luck
 
Good question. I had one of those for many years. Mainly took it camping & did burgers & steaks with it.
I think you can cook 2 zone on those so that might be the way to go. & maybe 1/3 racks of ribs.
Like Chuck said: not much charcoal. Maybe a snake of some sort.
