It's National Bacon Day


 
I did not know that. But do I love bacon? Here's the t-shirt Barb got me for Christmas answers that question.

Jim, here is the other side of the shirt. It's a little grill down in Anthem which is on the way to Phoenix from here. We always meet our daughter there when she comes into Phoenix to visit. They have pretty good food and last time we were down there I saw this and handed it to Barb and said Merry Christmas to me.

I celebrated this morning with 3 slices along with 3 scrambled eggs, and did not remember that bacon was honored today.
Now it was not the homemade bacon like Jim Lampe and Bob Corell make, Just humble Oscar Mayer, but it got the job done.
