A BBQ & Smoking Library for Beginners

Thought I would post this since I noticed some people brand new to smoking. These are just a few "Basic to Intermediate" Books for beginners to learn the "Art of Smoking" (In my Humble Opinion). Yes I have purchased, read and used these when i started out and found them to be a great help so I thought I would share.....

Paul Kirk: Paul Kirk's Championship Barbecue
Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe: Slow Fire A Beginners Guide to Barbecue

Been wanting "Project Smoke" one of these days

I would add Webers Smoke and Webers Way To Grill to that list.
