Looks like it did a fine job Chuck!
Is the pork marked tri tip too?
Never heard of any pork being called that before.

It was, I get the feeling that the butcher is either new or overworked there, they've been calling all kinds of things goofy names
 
I think that'd do just fine for the small amount of grinding I'd do........ I seem to remember finding the LEM # 8, 10, or 12 for $129 or less a couple times at least. The link you posted didn't work for me the other day when I checked.
