Expecting a full report just after Thanksgiving! I wish I had not gotten rid of the extra fridge!
 
I wonder what Alton Brown would say about this. After all, it is a unitasker. I will still be interested in hearing how it works. Before that though, I need to get a second refrigerator for the garage. Keep us posted.
 
I'll stick with the Umai products. Haven't used it to dry age steaks, but it works very well for my charcuterie
 
Ok, it's just me. Nothing ment by it, ok ?
but the thought of eating meat that is on its way to decay just doesn't grab me in the yummy category.

I thought you guys might like an update. Here's my first attempt at dry aging beef with The SteakAger. Certified Angus Beef rib roast after almost 27 days. I'm planning to go to 35.
