Chuck Pot Roast- what to do?

Publix has these 2 for 1... Any suggestions?

Have done pepper stout and liked it, but open to something new.
 
I just smoked a couple of these last night. Foiled them with some of those fancy potatoes they had on sale. Think I'll probably grab a couple more for the freezer.
 
Just smoke it with your favorite beef rub. Use a cheap foil pan and add 1/4 inch of water with beef bouillon. For the left over, make stroganoff.
 
If you can get some thick enough (2-3"), cut some slits and jam whole cloves of garlic in there, then dust with SPOG (yes, that's garlic on the inside & outside) and smoke until probe tender. Not only is it delicious, it'll also keep the vampires away (which is important this time of year)!
