Hi all, while out doing some grocery shopping in my local big Sainsbury's hypermarket in South London, I noticed that most of their seasonal promotions on homeware and kitchen equipment's were marked down on clearance as my guess is that they must be preparing to clear the promotional space for seasonal Halloween merchandises.
Amongst the sea of plates, kettles and toaster I noticed they had their Sainsbury's Collection (top of their range) carbon steel knifes on clearance for only £4.80 instead of the normal price of £12, I bought one chef knife and one santoku straight away! for those of you in the UK with a big Sainsbury nearby it's time to grab a bargain while they are till out there, a few pics below:
I haven't used them yet as I plan to have them dedicated for use on BBQ food prep and meat carving but will comment and review the performance once I have used them a fair bit.
