Here is my SJG UDS and my SJS along with the Armadillo Eggs I smoked awhile back. The pot is a 32 qt. tamale pot with the bottom cut out. Leave the diffuser in the pot. Take the cooking grate out of SJ and add to the pot...(see the little screws for support). Built a wire basket for charcoal. Can go 250 for 6 hours. Great little portable smoker.
