A Steak rub from Dublin!

Hi All,

Wanted to share a Dry Aged Rub recipe I got from a top Dublin restaurant now for a number of years.....goes great with our grass fed beef....!

50g dried Oregano
25g dried Marjoram
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp coriander seeds
25g onion powder
25g garlic granules
25g freshly ground black pepper
100g Maldon sea salt

I love it especially with a thick fillet and then with garlic butter just before i serve it......
